At 6:30am the doors were locked. The sign said 24 hours. People were inside eating and employees were staring at us through the glass door. After 5 minutes an employee open the door and explained they were busy at 4:30am but are ready now. Ok fine. I explained that the 3 people in our party and only had 40 minutes and asked if it would be an issue to get service in that time frame. Was told no, we were the first persons being seated after the doors were unlocked. So we sat and it was an issue. Had to box one of the party's food as soon as it was brought out (40 minutes were up), I drove them to work while the other stayed and finished their breakfast, and then I drove back to finish my breakfast. The food was well prepared and tasted good but cold due to it taking the entire 40 minutes to prepare. I would have respected them if they were upfront and explained they would not be able to serve us in less than 40 minutes but they pulled a bait and switch. Left me salty. 6/29/2019 was the date of the visit.

Great food. Slow service. Hard to find good employees after the storm so I cant be too hard on them. Sirloin steak tips amazing.

Great experience! Was extremely busy but they were very quick for the amount of people their, service and food was great, better than expected. Great place and even greater staff.

The food was decent, the servers were delightful, however, the management is woefully short on planning and executing skills. The restaurant was easily at 85°, far too warm for a comfortable meal. Additionally, our meal took more than an hour fifteen minutes to be brought out. The manager was completely unaware of how poor the food preperation times were for us.

24 Hours? Anything but. Bad service, and doors locked, closed, and lights off. The sign next to the door said “Open 24 Hours” , I look in the window, only to come across kitchen lights on, chairs not put up properly like any other iHop truly closed, and every dining room light turned off. I do NOT recommend coming here. Especially if you are traveling. You’d have better luck at Waffle House down the road.
